		<description>This is an ongoing argument between client side programmers.  I, for one, do not want to spend any amount of time to learn jquery, mootools, etc. when I am perfectly capable of writing the code myself in probably the same amount of time.  Not to mention fixing bugs with code written in a framework on any scale other than yourself is a pain in the ass to fix.  Especially if you have no idea what is going on.  I dunno, I think well commented user written code will always been the correct solution to any production level project.</description>
